Annis Building Corporation has set itself apart from the competition by developing a well-thought out process for its building projects. The following is what you can expect when partnering with Annis.

• Conduct an initial meeting to discuss goals, plans, and budget
• Provide recommendations in selecting an architect, landscaper, buiding site
• Prepare a timeline and cost estimate to complete each phase of the project
• Oversee grading and utility installation
• Hire sub contractors and specialty contractors
• Oversee project on a daily basis
• Review cost estimates of project every 3 weeks (or whatever it may be)
• Obtain building permits, schedule inspections
