MAY 2010

Annis Building Corporation has been selected by Albemarle Electric Membership to build their new headquarters situated on 38.4 acres. Located at the corner of Creek Drive and Hwy. 17 in the city of Winfall, this $4 million project will include an office building with attached warehouse, parking lot with 102 spaces, and pole yard.

 

APRIL 2010 

Varco-Pruden has chosen two building projects completed by Annis Building Corporation in 2009 as amed first place winners in their respective categories and have been entered into the Hall of Fame Varco-Pruden is a world leader in the pre-engineered steel system construction industry.

Inclusion in the Hall of Fame not only represents the best projects among all Varco-Pruden buildings, they are examples of the best in design and construction within the building systems industry. Receiving first place in the Recreation Category is Granite Falls Swim and Athletic Club located in Rolesville, North Carolina. This 60,000 square foot facility features an outdoor pool complex with full-service cabana, an indoor competition size pool, and a 2-level fitness center with elevator. First place in the Office Category is Carolina Mobility located in Apex, North Carolina. This 1-story, custom-designed building features a unique exterior design, offices, loading dock, and warehouse facility.
